Waterjet WTC3

The WCT3 Waterjet cutting machine is designed for three-contour cutting of materials with high precision and quality under control of the CNC system. The machine's gantry is implemented using synchronous linear motors and provides precision contour cutting. Processing is performed on a fixed workpiece.

The WCT3 Waterjet cutting machine is equipped with a three-axis cutting head, allowing to obtain through three-dimensional structures out of flat workpieces. This solution provides a software taper compensation on large thicknesses.

Precision linear drive

The WCT3 Waterjet machine uses gantry-based precision linear drive, providing in combination with high-precision guides maximum accuracy and dynamics of processing. This technological solution significantly increases the reliability of the system and provides the highest processing accuracy.

Working head (3D manipulator)

The precision servo of the working provides precise bevelling or taper compensation for perfect vertical edges of the cut.

Software

The waterjet cutting machine is equipped with a specialized licensed software. The software of the machine allows to process job files, which can be imported in the form of HPGL-compatible files or DXF-files from any CAD system. Type of programming system: Standard GM-codes.
